I.E.R.S. - INCIDENT & EMERGENCY REPORTING SYSTEM ®

The Incident & Emergency Reporting System (IERS) is the first innovative, web-based reporting system for operational security and incident reporting.

The IERS was implemented after long, intensive development and effort. In January, 2010, external companies replaced their previous reporting systems with the IERS.

The IERS is characterized by its user-friendliness. Most notably, it greatly minimises the effort of preparing an incident report, thereby saving work hours for the company and its employees. The reports are generated electronically per individual security requirements, and contain automatic entry and plausibility checks.

All report are tamper-proof, and are forwarded automatically - in consideration of their priority - to the appropriate departments (e.g. management, security department, insurance, etc.). In special cases, the option exists to have the members of the crisis team informed via SMS (Short Message Service) of an incident (e.g. evacuations, bomb threats, etc.).

You cna get authorised access worldwide to the individual secured database. Users need only to have an active internet connection. An additional plus is that all reports are set up in such a way that they are also usable by police departments, governments or insurance companies.

Here is a short list of other advantages IERS offers:

  • Quick activation makes it possible to switch over to the online reporting system in just a few days in your department.
  • Upgrades and maintenance are performed externally for you.
  • Links to individual reports available on demand.
  • Reduced hardware, software, and administrative expenses..
  • Tamper-proof reports.
  • Secure Data Transfer - the system employs a 128-bit SSL encryption.
  • Secure Data Center -your data is stored externally on secured, monitored servers.
  • 24 hr Monitoring - the web server is watched around the clock.
  • Backup System - in the event of a blackout, a backup system will start up within seconds.
  • in the event of an emergency, contact via the IPSA - EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM.
