IPSA employees offer longstanding national and international experience, in the field of close protection. IPSA provides both male and female security officers who are expertly trained.

Trained according to guidelines of the U.S. Secret-Service, our employees are prepared to be proactive; identifying, analyzing and neutralizing danger before an incident occurs. IPSA employees are given internal training, on a continual basis concerning the most current security trends and methods. IPSA specialists are often trained in many other fields of expertise, which is an essential element to the quality of security we can offer you. Examples include; ski instructors, divers, trained security drivers and certified anti-terrorism officers.

In recent years, there has been increasing demand for female close protection officers. IPSA has made its goal to hire and train female officers and deploy them strategically.

In contrast to their male counterparts, females are not so instantly recognizable. Studies show that females often have a better observation for highlighting details than males, which we use to our advantage in our security services.
